Need to create a transcript from captions

Premiere allows you to create captions from a transcript, but not a transcript from captions. Our workflow is to correct caption spelling and caption formatting in the captions panel.  Once corrected we'd like to export a reader friendly transcript. The same type that is in the transcript window. As of now, we have to correct the transcript and then correct caption formating in the caption window. This requires us to read the text twice.  Our videos are 1-4 hours long so this becomes cumbersome. It would be better to correct everything in the caption window and create a transcript from there.
