"New Items" Should Have A Title Field

When I go to create a new item in my Premiere Project; I get a dialog box for settings and sentiments for that specific item; resolution, bitrates, width, height, pixel resolution, etc.

At this time, in my current workflow I have a folder system and inside each Bin I create my file structure; FOOTAGE, SFX, MUSIC, AUDIO, GFX, VFX, TOOLS, etc...

But when adding items to those folders I find the act of "create item, accept item, find item, click item, rename item" much more annoying than if the dialog box just immediately highlighted a "title input field" and when pressing enter completed the entire action in the same bin.

It would create a much more streamlined workflow for this scenario in my and all of my coworker editors lives.
