No Capture Window in Premiere

I recognize that premiere cut core functionality of it's program, and refuses to restore it. I just wanted to leave a note to say that I work at a large University where we had been using the capture window for VTR training, and without it, we really no longer have a place for Adobe at all in production.

This will represent a significant number of students being told directly to avoid Adobe software as they will remove core functionality, leaving past workflows impossible.

We will be advising all future students towards Davinci Resolve for this reason.
