NO VIDEO CAPTURE IN A VIDEO EDITING SOFTWARE 

For on set editors/spot editors and live event editors premium pro was very usefull untill adobe decided to withdraw the "CAPTURE" option from premium pro 

is there any means that this Capture Option would be brought back in feature versions of premium pro?
