non broadcast formats and embedded 608/708 captions

I'm not a broadcaster, but I work a lot with captions for videos that end up viewed on the web.

Most exports are to .mp4

at the moment I can only generate a sidecar file for the captions.

currently I have to export as a standard broadcast format such as QuickTime to get the option to embed the cc track into the video.

likewise if I import an .mp4 or .ts file containing embedded captions the captions do not show in premiere at all.

please add the ability to import and export 608/708 closed captions when working with non broadcast formats.

I support this. CC support in Premiere pro seems to have gone backwards yet we are having to do more and more CC work, often in multiple languages.
