Not a Premiere idea, but no idea where else to put this - Frame.io needs a forum

Since Adobe bought Frame.io, the app has seemingly stalled and is still, a year later, stuck on "V4 Beta" - that's ridiculous.   And, there are inevitable questions, suggestions and bugs to offer to the developers, so that hopefully they can find a way out of the mess Frame.io has become.   It needs a forum of its own, surely?

Frame.io made a lot of changes in a relatively short time, and the V3 vs V4 multiple accounts etc was confusing.

First to your point: Adobe bought Frame.io, but it continues to offer a separate product. For now, including "frame.io" in the title and tagging your post with the category "collaboration" is good. Lumetri doesn't have its own forum, and the category option is "color." But Adobe Media Encoder does, since it serves multiple products (PR/AE) and works in Adobe as a stand alone. For now, I'm okay with no forum. But wanting to see less confusion and better answers.

Frame.io has its own support (https://help.frame.io/en/articles/9092154-frame-io-support), and apparently no user forum (only for developers).

To (perhaps) reduce the confusion, I'll add this. Your post led me to take a look at PR 25.3.0. If you go to Window -> Frame.io, you have the choice of legacy (V3), or 2 V4 panels: a preview screen and the comment/share panel. When I opened the "Review" Workspace, it includes the V4 panels. The V4 comment panel shows version 1.0.21 at bottom of panel - not Beta.

When I clicked "Sign In," I got a "loging in" type message that never updated. I discovered that a web page had opened in the background, but did not populate with the login info until I switched to it. I had updated my login previously to my Adobe credentials, and it logged right in.

As long as I did not logout of frame.io on the web, I stayed logged in in PR. If I logged out of frame.io on the web, and I closed PR, I had to repeat the sign in.

I started with the V3 version, and needed to Update my account to V4. It kept my only project. If you try to share a project from PR and you are on V3 (and in the V4 panel), the "location" is greyed out. Once you update to V4 (on the web at frame.io), the location is available.
