Nudge Values for Editing

Hello,

As a new user in Premiere Pro, the UI could make it easier to nudge values for different parameters similar to Photoshop, where the arrow keys can be used to change the values easily while reading the numeric field. Also, nudging the keyframes with the arrow keys similar to audio sequencer would be awesome. Thanks.
