One Button Anchor Point in Premiere

I wish there were a command that could change the mouse into an anchor point

It is very annoying having to zoom all the way out, find the anchor point, move it, and scale back everything time

I wish you simply holding down CMD or Opt and the mouse would turn into an anchor point that I could place between the subject's eyes

This would help me improve workflow and increase productivity

Select wireframe.

Hover with mouse over anchor point

Selection tool will change to a Pan Behind Tool.

Now you can move the anchor point to any position you choose.
