One-Click Option to Delete All Dialogue from a Specific Speaker in Transcript Panel

It would be great to have a quick way to delete all dialogue from a specific speaker in the Transcript panel. For example, once speakers are labeled, we should be able to right-click "Speaker 3" and choose “Delete all.”

This would save a lot of time for editing interviews, podcasts, or multi-speaker content—especially when certain voices need to be removed entirely.

@daniels33345895,

There is a bulk delete option for speakers. The limitation is that none of the bulk delete options (speaker, pauses, filler words, text) delete from the source file, only from the sequence.

See "Filler Word Detection with bulk delete" and "Remove all instances of one speaker in the transcript" in the guide for Text-based Editing:

When using those options and wanting to keep the video, or other audio tracks, lock the tracks you do not want to delete. You can delete individual items, or all at once. You can choose to Lift or Extract.
