Open two instances of Premiere Pro

Currently, opening two projects will allow sequences from both projects to be in the same timeline panel.

This can cause confusion when editing and saving projects.

It would be nice if instead of a single instance of Premiere Pro being open, opening a second project would result in a completely independent launching of another instance of Premiere Pro., similar to opening two different programs.

Each project would be managed as if it were the only project open.
