Option to always Export do project folder

There should be an option somewhere to make Premiere always export to the project folder. Now, eveytime that I export a project, Premiere always place it on the last folder I saved a video previoulsy. I don't know why this is the "default". I lost count of how many times I saved videos in the wrong folder because of this. I was used to never check the folder because in Media Encoder it always saved on the project folder. Why change and make it worst???
