Option to export captions *without* timecodes

Currently if you make any changes to your captions after generating them and you then need a transcript your only option is to download the captions as a txt file and manually take out the timecodes. You can't download the transcript because changes made to captions don't sync with the transcript. If we could have an option to download captions with or without timecodes that would save me a lot of time!

(alternatively allow changes to captions to sync with the transcript!)
