Option to make white elements black (or something closer to-)

Just the option to make the menu bar ('file', 'edit'...) in Premiere etc. Black instead of pure white would go a long way, as it can get really irritating during longer sessions.

That along with other elements, like the right-click-menu, that are solid white even when program and OS are set to dark mode.
