Option to minimize floating panels/windows

I am working with a two screen setup and am happy with the modular way Premiere let's you arrange the different tool panels. However, it would be great if I can minimize my second screen panel window whenever I need to use the screen for when I quickly need to have a look at something in a different application (a script in word for example, or notes in notepad). There is only the option to close the panel, but that way I am losing my panel arrangement.
