Optional audio notifications for completed tasks

Add an option to play a notification sound when time-consuming background tasks, such as rendering, transcription and audio analysis, are completed.

This would allow users to work on other tasks without repeatedly checking Premiere Pro's progress indicators.

Ideally, notifications could be enabled or disabled individually for different tasks in Preferences.
