Please add ability to edit Caption timecode while inside Premiere Pro.

Please add ability to edit Caption timecode while inside Premiere Pro.

It's a lot easier to adjust the timestamp code if we can just edit it from there than to drag stuff out on the timeline.

I want to be able to edit the in and out times on that. There can be rules installed where you cannot exceed the beginning time of the next timestamp code caption.

edit: ok so I've found out if you drag out the caption it's faster but still it would be cool if you can type it in for supreme accuracy upon replication?
