Please add an "Overwrite" option in Paste Attributes

When using Paste Attributes there should be an option to overwrite any effect that's already on the clip rather than just automatically duplicating it and requiring me to go in and manually delete the old instance of the effect.
This would be extremely useful because sometimes I make subtle changes to only a couple of parameters within an effect while leaving the rest of them intact.  Having an overwrite option would allow me to make adjustments to effects and then paste them in bulk to other clips without having to then go through each one individually to make the changes.

This is exactly what happens in After Effects, and I think it is MUCH better. When I need a second instance, I duplicate it and paste the new effect. It makes much more sense.

Good idea, post it in the "Idea" section of the forum to request that feature. Many times, I use "Remove Attributes" to remove effects before applying "Paste Attributes" to avoid that problem, but adding that feature would be much better.

Thanks. I thought I was posting this in the idea section. I'll repost.
