Please add back the percentages feature in Dip To Black/White transition. Why break it?

Why would we need to save a preset when the options for tweaking have been removed anyway?

This is the loss of a very handy feature i use on a regular basis. What is the alternative solution? adding a solid with a fade!?

I wonder who is that "very smart" person to delete this option in Adobe development team.

Agreed! I liked the ability to fade in/out from/to black. Using a dissolve has an odd result if you try to fade multiple layers simultaneously and using a dip to black on the topmost layer was the best solution I could find.
