Please allow text tracking to be keyframed in Premiere Pro

Could you finally allow us to keyframe text tracking, leading and font size?

This is certainly a long-lasting topic. Jumping to After Effects should not be the way to do this since it seems the dialogue box is already there, but it's just not hooked up to code yet. See screenshot below.
