Please make it so Hardware encoding is supported for CBR and 2-pass VBR encoding (Apple Silicon).

It seems that whenever I switch to CBR or VBR 2-pass, the Hardware Encoding capability dissapears in the Export settings on Apple silicon (M2 Max). If these codecs already have hardware support, why does this dissapear for these settings? Would be great to use the full power of Apple's chips. Thank-you.
