Please remove the Rotate feature when editing a mask

Premiere Pro V 25.3.0. (Build 84)

Mac OS Vertura 13.5, Mac Studio M1 Ultra, 64 GB RAM

When I edit mask points I don't expect to see the entire mask structure suddently spastically rotating the mask. This is simply not expected nor welcome behavior when trying to refine a mask by hand, which is necessary because current versions of Premiere Pro *do not always accurately track* a moving subject. The resulting mask definitely gets you in the ballpark, but then, there's this curve ball.

I always have to go in and refine point positions. I don't wish to go insane trying move a mask point and easily missing the sudden appearance of the Rotate icon until the entire structure jerks sideways. That's like... kid stuff!

I SUGGEST when we need to rotate some or all of the mask points, have the function available on A MODIFIER KEY, like Option/ALT.  Somebody in some future time and space may actually need it.

If I'm missing something here, please let me know.

Gratefully,

Best as always,
Loren S. Miller
