Premier Pro 2024 image movement problem

I have this problem. When I just move the picture with the mouse, it moves only when the cursor stops, it's very inconvenient. Is it possible to make it move after the cursor?

    I would love to get an update for the UI so that the Pen tool is more precise and reactive like how it is in After Effects. Same with moving images and shapes around on the screen. It is much smoother and more precise and responsive in After Effects. This could be the nature of the program since it isn't meant for the things that After Effects is made for, but moving things around on screen should be like After Effects. There could be huge improvements with this that would make life much easier editing.

      So it's always been like this? I just don't remember how it was on previous versions, but it feels like it shouldn't be like this.
