Premier Pro is very poor

Dear Premier Pro Team,

my name is Greg from Copenhagen, One of your colleagues from the technical support helped me and guided me to write this message at the right forum to get to the right people. I just wanted to inform you that there are many many many creators that are using editing software like Premier pro that are fleeing this editing software, And moving to da Vinci resolve. 

This is very alarming because their product has overtaken premier pro. In so many ways, unfortunately, even though I'm Learning with Premier pro I'm deciding to move over to da Vinci, Not only because it is free because it is a much better product more user-friendly and has a lot of easy things. 

They even have an automatic plug in for all D log files converting directly into rec 709. 

Their entire interface every single product within da Vinci when you compare it to Premier pro it's much easier with da Vinci. It is very sad that many people are leaving Premier pro and this should be a wake up call to all of the developers. 

Every single thing is easier on da Vinci. I contacted the support team which I like very much in Adobe and I had an issue with the reverb they couldn't help me. It didn't really work but it worked in da Vinci. There are so many things that I would like to talk about but unfortunately it seems like the software cannot compete with da Vinci. 

these software programs are for creators and many creators have left or not just have left. They have begun on da Vinci as well so unless Adobe really put himself together to compete and create a new program that will bring everything together and make it user-friendly easy to understand easy to use instead of quadruple time to do things Premier pro will slowly disappear.
