Premiere Pro AI text to speech transcription's not in KAZAKH language. Let's change it!

I see that the list of supported languages is small but right now Kazakh language and people who speak and use Premiere is growing fast. Would be nice to have Kazakh transcriptionist in your montage table or mobile app in Kazakhstan. Thumbs up and comment!
