Premiere Pro Captions put all words in lowercase

Is it possible to prevent premiere pro from putting punctuation marks such as commas, periods and capital letters when creating captions? I would like you to just give me the words in lower case and that's it.

Yes, to remove all punctuation, simply go to the Text panel .Then in the search bar, type in "." or "," or whatever other punctuation mark you want to remove. Then click on "Replace" and then "Replace all".  Make sure that your "Replace with:" bar is empty or else Premiere will replace what you're trying to remove with the new entry. I hope this makes sense and improves your workflow!

An idea you could try. Style the caption using the Edit tab of Essential Graphics panel. See the following article for some details on this

Manan,

Are you suggesting there is a style that will remove punctuation?

Guillermo,

I suspect you cannot do this with PR directly. I would export srt, then do a regex replace in Notepad++ or similar and import.
