Premiere pro Hardware encoding should be available for the latest AMD gpu driver updates.
I use Adobe premiere pro 23. It was stuck in software only. And gpu sniffer error massage. Tried everything from youtube tuts, turning on simulatehw, etc nothing helped.
Even you simulate it actually it doesn’t use any gpu.
I just downgraded my gpu driver to this.
