Premiere to transcribe per track request

Here’s a case: I have a podcast with 2 people speaking, each having their own mic. They cannot be synced with the multicam feature of Premiere since the audiowaves are different and there’s no bleeding from one mic into the other, so Pr cannot catch any common waveform parts. So you do the syncing by hand, that’s alright, but you cannot transcribe the sequence when there are 2 different tracks on the timeline - Premiere transcribes only the first track:

I can transcribe each clip in the project bin but I cannot then in any way work with the transcription having the two transcriptions in from of my eyes at the same time - I either have to which from one clip to another or make another sequence to make the whole audio just one track but this way Premiere treats the audio as one wholesome source and cannot distinguish between the two tracks, so when people start to speak simultaneously, Premiere makes a lot of mistakes. 

I’d like to request to add a per-track transcribation feature to make Premiere view and transcribe each track as a separate source thus giving a user an ability to review, edit and create captions for separate tracks.
