Project management - better naming of trimmed clips

There’s an issue with ‘project managed’ media - because the first clip of trimmed clips is named the same as the original (subsequent have _001, _002 etc appended)

That clip is linked back to the original source, but without aligning timecode, when sections are copied from a transcoded/media managed project to a project with the original source file.

All the other instances, that have 3 digits appended, retain the correct link.
