Project Manager: add all sequences button REQUEST

I have like 25 sequences in many of my projects. They are all needed for the future come backs so when I archive then, I need to manually click each one which is an antique approach and wastes a lot of time.

What I request is adding 2 features to the project manager:

1. An “Add all” checkbox which will put checkmarks on every sequence. Unchecking the unnecessary ones is usually faster than checking the necessary.
2. Selecting the sequences with Shift and click only one of the selected ones to select several sequences
