Project Manager: add Select All and Search/Filter for sequence selection

Please add Select All and Search/Filter controls to the Sequence list in File > Project Manager.

I recently had to select 36 sequences by clicking each checkbox individually (see attached screenshot). With 100 or more sequences, this becomes unnecessarily slow and makes it easy to miss a sequence when collecting or archiving a project.

Requested improvements:
• Select All / Deselect All buttons.
• A search field to filter sequences by name.
• An option to select all filtered results.

These simple controls would make managing large projects and multiple language/version sequences much faster and more reliable.
