Project Manager (keeping original folder's name and hierarchy)

Why is the Project Manager collect files without respecting the original folder's name and hierarchy!

I keep reorganizing them inside folders manually (folders for audio, folders for Broll, ...)

I wish for Premiere to collect files inside folders with the same name and hierarchy as it is inside of the project.
