Project Working Hours

Is it possible to have a feature where we can track how many hours I've been working with a project? It is a feature on FL Studio that makes me think if it is possible with adobe. See image below

I don't know if this makes sense but for me, it matters. This feature will run everytime you create a project file, in our case prproj file. I'd like to track my total time spent per project, it will help me optimize my workflow and evaluate what causes me to take more time than often.
