Proxy Toggle Button

Can we have the proxy toggle already in an accessable place? As proxies are extremely helpful for those who don't have a machine powerful enough to edit heavy files, More and more cameras are filing in 4k, 6k and even 8k. I feel like the proxy toggle button should be a readily accessable button. Right now the user has to use a button editor to access it.

Only once, though right? Yourop it onto the program monitor wherever you like it in the list display of other buttons. Then it stays unless you delete your preferences or upgrade to a new version and don't carry over the preferences.
