Re-sync clip audio/video tool while cutting/assembling

Suggestion

A one-button function that would re-sync the audio to match the video or vice versa on linked clips.

Usage

If I'm cutting b-roll and I want to use the natsot, there will be occasional adjustments where clips are out of sync. In example below, I'm 5 frames out.

I would like to hit the 'Quick Sync Audio to Video' shortcut and the audio track would be slipped 5 frames to the left and nothing else would change.

Conversely, I could hit 'Quick Sync Video to Audio' and the video would slip 5 frames to the right.

Either way, my clips would be in sync, while the duration is unchanged and there no ripple effects to other clips or tracks.

Furthermore

This feature would also be handy for fixing those times where one loses track of 'Linked Selection' or which tracks are active and multiple clips are out of sync.

I would rather not drag and cut the clips or use the Slip tool because clicking and dragging is the most RSI-inducing action on a computer and we should all try to eliminate it from our workflow wherever possible.

This feature could also be called 'Slip Sync' ?
