Real/ actual frame rate playback idicator in program monitor

Currently Premiere shows an amber traffic light in the program monitor when dropped frames are present in playback. 

when experiencing slow playback and skipped frames it would be great to know exactly what frame rate your system is able to display for a given timeline. This could be helpful in troubleshooting marginal playback improvements when things are running slowly. 

furthermore an option to see which clips or effects are having the greatest impact on playback / export of the project would be amazing. This could be similar to the render time coloumn in After effects. Or a filter option when searching through a timeline.
