Relative file path for scratch disks

With prin files added to autosaves and previews, the project folder can become quite messy. The user can organise this into a custom folder, but then if the project is migrated to another workstation, the path to each scratch disk then has to be redefined upon opening.

I suggest that when the user defines a scratch disk as a subfolder to the location where the .prpoject file is located, this is saved as a relative file path (e.g ~\Media\Cache) instead of the whole path (C:\Users\Editor\etc...). This is then relinked like any other media after the project is opened after copying to another machine or drive. If simpler to implement, the default "Same as project" option could save in a subfolder with a default name.

We currently delete these files before archiving just to keep things clear for the next editor, but that's a shame, autosaves especially could be useful and the size of these files is usually a tiny fraction of the overall project.
