Remove or update changing numbers by dragging

I really hate how dragging to change values of different parameters is realized in Premiere. It changes EVERY single time I click it to type a value, so I have to make many more clicks to just type in a value I need. Why is this feature so sensitive? It should not move until you really click-hold and drag it, there should be some less sensitivity in that or this feature should be optional and be switchable in the preferences.

Second: who tested it? Why is the draggable area so large and uneven? It should be just the size of the number box but instead it’s twice as wide.

In this case you are not able to hit the Set keyframe or Go to the previous keyframe icons.
