Rename camera in Multicam

The name of cameras in multicam can only be specified when creating a multicam sequence. I want it can be changed after a multicam sequence is created.

    I would appreciate it if MC could identify footage from the same camera and assign it a single camera number, instead of assigning a different number to each piece of footage. If there is a way to do this, I would be happy to learn how.
