Right-click menus should have the name of the panel at the top of the menu

As a new user, I'm struggling to learn the names of each panel on the screen. As expected of new users, I will often accidentally close panels on accident, and then I'm left absolutely dumbfounded on how to find it again. Even if I look at the Windows menu, the names there may not match with my concept of what that pane did for me, and that's largely because there's nothing standing out as naming each panel.

As I explore the program I often right-click in places to see what options and solutions are available for that pane. If that menu had the name of the pane as the first thing at the top, I would faster grok what the program refers to with each pane, and I would also find solutions and answers to problems online much faster.

Post a screenshot to what you're actually referring to.

Is this a Preference setting? Because all my panes just tend to have the name of the Sequence that it's targeting and that's it.

All panels have names at the top.
