Roto brush is a great tool, it works only on after effects why it's not added to adobe premiere too, it is imperative to premiere as well as after effects

    Rotobrush is an important tool for VFX compositing in After Effects and would not have much use in Premiere Pro which is a video editing application. But, you can use Dynamic Link to use it directly in the Premiere Pro timeline without first having to export from After Effects.
