It would be a game changer if the color picker allowed you to save custom color presets, so you could quickly select brand-consistent colors without having to re-enter HEX codes every time.

thanks but unfortunately I don't have photoshop. It would be cool to have it within the color picker as an "Last used colors" option for example

As a workaround:

Save your color in Photoshop library,

then use the Library to color pick in Premiere.
