Save EQ as preset

I know this is a stretch and probably super difficult for a company like Adobe to do, but imagine if user could SAVE their EQ as PRESET, that is applied on a channel? Like.. in any other DAW or editing app? I think that vibe-coded clone even can do that.

Had to take over a PR proj (because by default I choose to work in Resolve, for obvious reasons). Lack of this fundamental functionality is shocking.

I’m assuming you mean presets for the Audio Track Mixer. And yes I really wish there was a way to save presets for this:

The workaround I’ve settled on, is to include a sequence in my main template project I use, which has my various common track effect setups applied:

Then I can use that to hold the “presets” and use the “Copy Effects” and “Paste Effects” options when I need them:

So you could have a project file you could open with those stored in them, doesn’t need to be a template project. It’s all still a work around but the closest thing to presets currently I think.

Also unfortunately you need to set up the track effects separately even if you have a regular clip effect preset for them. I don’t even think there’s a way to access the track effect settings via scripting so you can’t even automate copying the effect settings. You need to do it by hand.
