Save Recent Projects Open For When Drive is Re-Mounted

In MacOS, if I launch Premiere and, for whatever reason, my work drive is not mounted, it will wipe all of the “Recent” list for good. Even quitting Premiere, mounting the drive, and opening it back up does not restore the “Recent” list.

It would be nice if this list could be saved attached to the volume label so it can be re-constituted whenever the volume is available again.
