Saving sequnce presets is VERY misleading

I just spent 10 minutes trying to find where the sequence presets are stored. So there’s this menu item where a user can save custom timeline presets to not adjust it on every edit. In Premiere it’s called Create Preset from Sequence - misleading, because you actually think you create a timeline preset, but this thing saves the entire sequence settings ind is found in the timeline menu:

So what’s next? You think you can go to the same timeline menu and select one of the presets you saved previously, right? This is what logics tells you. But no, you cannot find any timeline preset anywhere in Premiere menus. Just nowhere. And the truth is that all the presets are saved here:

It’s the menu you see when you create a new sequence.

Who’s idea was it, who thought it’s logical and user-friendly? Why cannot I select the presets I save in the menu I use to save these presets?

So this is a feature request - please, make it logical, add another menu in the timeline wrench settings where one can easily find all the presets for timelines. I’m not even asking to make timeline presets and sequence presets separate, just add a menu item to the menu where you actually save timeline presets. Please.
