Scrollzooming in the Effect controls window?

Why does such an obvious thing as scrollzooming works for the timeline but doesn't work in the effect controls window? Don't you think it's worth adding? I always start zooming there because of getting accustomed to zooming the timeline and I see no response to the mouse scroll + alt\shift\control.
