Select / Deselect all track & source targets shortcut

Currently there are 4 shortcuts to toggle track lights/  - and they do not allow for a known state 

In Avid select/deselect all work on the track lights for the window that has focus (i.e. source or record). 

And they work regardless of current state of track lights (so allow for keyboard macro scripting).

Be great if those options would work in PP (and they should include caption tracks too)
