Select/Move Curve Points with Arrows

It is difficult to make very small moves on points in curves (and color wheels). Try moving a point up or down “a hair” without it going horizontal a smidge. Seems like I should be able to select a point and use my arrow keys to move it in small increments, option_arrow to move 5-10 points, like you can with values.

Also, every curve below RBG I should be able to hit Shift to keep it locked vertically if I want to move it horizontally.

Can we also add a setting to add numeric values to the curve grids?
