Separate the "Show Source Clip Name and Label" into two options - Clip Name and Label

I often want to have my clips follow the colour label that I set in the Project panel but not the clip name, but with the current way the setting works, it'll follow either both or none.

My main occurance of this is when I'll make an Adjustment Layer and use it many many times throughout a project - sometimes to put a LUT on over a bunch of footage which I might rename it to Rec709, other times to just label a section of clips like "B Roll" or "Take 1" and place on the video layer above those groups. However when I reuse that Adjustment Layer over and over, with the option described above checked, it will assume the same name for ALL those broken up adjustment layers which mean they lose all their meaning.

So I'd love to be able to have the function follow the colour labels I set in the Project panel but have the clip names be independent and not follow the Project panel or elsewhere on the timeline.
