Set up the default export button as the last import path Suggestion

Hello as discussed here (https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/is-it-possible-to-modify-the-default-export-path-to-follow-the-most-recent-import-path/td-p/15515529) and suggested by you I am writing this as a suggestion:

It is especially not intuitive when you have to back up to parent folder "exports" from a child folder and keep having to do that every time, 

I cannot afford to spend brain energy in that proces whereas I already have my mind on so many other tasks.

The energy I spend on searching for the import path need to be enough for my project to have an output path ready to be used. Provided I activate the option of course (so others who do not care about this can opt out from this option of course).
