Setting In & Out just by dragging mouse cursor around an area.

I want to set the In&Out just by dragging the mouse cursour around an area of a clip, then do the Extract.

Right now I have to add an edit point and then move away and then use Q or W to ripple edit. 

I offer adding Shift+LMB and dragging to set In&Out point.
